The Rhoer club comprises young ladies between the ages of 12 and 18 with high scholastic averages.

Requirements to be eligible for membership in the Rhoer Club of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, a young lady must be invited by a member of the Rhoer Club or a Sorority member of the local chapter. In addition, she must:

• Provide at least one letter of recommendation from a teacher, pastor, or school counselor who can speak to her potential and character.

• Demonstrate commitment to academics by maintaining a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

• Show strong character, integrity, and respect for herself and others.

• Be open to learning and following the values and guidelines of the Rhoer Club.

• Be excited to participate in Rhoer activities, service projects, and sisterhood events.
